Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Come spend time with other pregnant ladies and network in a nurturing, relaxing and compassionate environment. Calm mothers equal calm babies. Learn about chanting, the number one practice that helps women during childbirth .

    No yoga experience necessary. Join from the second trimester and continue until you go into labor. There are a maximum of 8 people in a class.
